This Privacy Policy explains how Properlix collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you visit our website, request information, create an account, connect integrations, or use our software products and services for real estate professionals and agencies.
This Privacy Policy also explains how Properlix handles Google user data when you choose to connect your Google Calendar account to our Services.

2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through:
- the Properlix marketing website;
- demo requests, contact forms, and sales conversations;
- user accounts and workspace administration;
- our CRM, calendar, communications, analytics, and AI-enabled platform features;
- integrations that you choose to connect, including Google Calendar; and
- related support, security, and business operations.
Where Properlix processes personal data on behalf of a customer using the platform, that customer is generally the controller of that data and Properlix acts as a processor or service provider.
3. Categories of Personal Data We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal data.
a. Information you provide directly
- name;
- business name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- job title;
- account credentials;
- communications you send to us; and
- any information you choose to submit through forms, demos, support channels, or the Services.
b. Usage and device data
- IP address;
- browser type and version;
- device identifiers;
- operating system;
- pages viewed;
- referral URLs;
- timestamps and session activity; and
- product usage logs and interaction events.
c. Workspace and customer data
When our customers use the platform, we may process personal data contained in CRM records, leads, clients, properties, notes, tasks, tour requests, communications, calendar events, and operational workflows.
d. Integration data
If you connect a third-party service, such as Google Calendar, we may receive account identifiers, metadata, access tokens, refresh tokens, selected calendar identifiers, event identifiers, and synced content necessary to provide the requested integration functionality.
4. Google Calendar Data
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar account, Properlix may request access to Google Calendar data using Google OAuth permissions, including the following scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events
This scope allows the Services to view and edit events on calendars available to your Google Calendar account. We request this permission only so that you can use Google Calendar features inside the Properlix platform.
Google Calendar data we may access
Depending on the features you use, we may access, process, or store:
- Google account identifiers needed to maintain the integration;
- calendar identifiers and selected calendar metadata;
- event identifiers;
- event titles;
- event descriptions;
- event locations;
- event start and end times;
- event time zones;
- event status;
- attendee information;
- reminders, recurrence, and availability information where needed;
- event creation, update, and deletion metadata; and
- OAuth tokens required to keep the integration connected.
How we use Google Calendar data
We use Google Calendar data only to provide and improve user-facing calendar features that are visible in the Services, including to:
- display calendar events and availability inside the platform;
- help you schedule, create, update, or delete property tours, meetings, appointments, and related real estate activities;
- prevent booking conflicts;
- sync bookings or events between Properlix and Google Calendar;
- notify you about calendar-related actions requested through the Services;
- troubleshoot integration errors;
- maintain the security and reliability of the calendar integration; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, data brokerage, credit-worthiness decisions, or unrelated marketing purposes.
We do not sell Google Calendar data.
We do not use Google Calendar data to train, improve, or develop generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. If an AI-enabled feature processes Google Calendar data, it does so only to provide the specific user-facing functionality you requested, such as helping schedule or manage a calendar event within the Services.
Google API Limited Use compliance
Properlix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Purposes of Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- to provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services;
- to create and manage accounts and workspaces;
- to provide CRM, calendar, workflow, communication, and real estate management features;
- to provide integrations that you choose to connect;
- to respond to inquiries, support requests, and demo requests;
- to send transactional communications and service-related notices;
- to monitor usage, performance, reliability, and security;
- to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and misuse;
- to comply with legal obligations; and
- to improve the Services using usage data, diagnostics, feedback, and aggregated or de-identified information.
For clarity, Google Calendar data is used only as described in the "Google Calendar Data" section of this Privacy Policy and is not used for unrelated product development, advertising, or general AI model training.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contract: processing necessary to provide the Services or take steps at your request before entering into a contract;
- Legitimate interests: including operating and improving the Services, securing the platform, preventing fraud, managing customer relationships, and administering our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights;
- Consent: where we ask for your consent, such as for certain marketing activities, non-essential cookies, or connecting third-party integrations such as Google Calendar; and
- Legal obligation: where processing is required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or lawful request.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- keep the website and platform functioning properly;
- remember user preferences;
- measure traffic and performance;
- understand engagement with pages and features; and
- improve the security and usability of our Services.

We do not sell personal data.
We may share personal data with:
- service providers and subprocessors that help us host, secure, analyze, support, or deliver the Services;
- integration providers when you choose to connect or use an integration;

We require processors and service providers to handle personal data under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Sharing of Google Calendar data
We do not transfer Google Calendar data to third parties except:
- as necessary to provide or improve the calendar features you request in the Services;
- with service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations;
- for security purposes, such as investigating abuse or technical issues;
- to comply with applicable law; or
- as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where permitted by applicable law and after obtaining any consent required by Google policy or applicable law.
We do not transfer or sell Google Calendar data to advertising platforms, data brokers, information resellers, or parties using the data for advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, or credit-worthiness purposes.
9. Human Access to Google Calendar Data
We restrict human access to Google Calendar data.
Our employees, contractors, or service providers may access Google Calendar data only when:
- you ask us to access specific data for support or troubleshooting;
- access is necessary to investigate security, abuse, or technical issues;
- access is required to comply with applicable law; or
- the data has been aggregated or de-identified and is used for internal operations in accordance with applicable law.
10. International Data Transfers
Your personal data may be processed in countries other than the country in which it was collected.
When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regions with transfer restrictions, we aim to use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms where required.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect our legitimate interests.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, the context in which it was collected, contractual requirements, and applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Retention of Google Calendar data
We retain Google Calendar data only for as long as necessary to provide the calendar integration and related user-facing features.
If you disconnect Google Calendar from the Services, we will stop accessing your Google Calendar account and delete or disable the OAuth tokens associated with that connection. We will delete stored Google Calendar data that is no longer necessary for the Services within a reasonable period, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or legitimate business record purposes.
You may also revoke Properlix's access to your Google account through your Google Account permissions page.
12. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, encryption at rest where appropriate, secure authentication, logging, monitoring, and least-privilege access practices.
OAuth tokens and credentials used to connect Google Calendar are protected using appropriate security measures and are used only to provide the requested integration.
However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of personal data;
- object to certain processing;
- request restriction of processing;
- request portability of your data;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

14. Customer Data Processed on Behalf of Clients
Where Properlix processes personal data on behalf of a customer using the platform, that customer is generally the controller of that data and Properlix acts as a processor or service provider.
In those cases, requests relating to the content of customer workspaces should generally be directed to the relevant customer organization.
15. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in connection with the Services.
16. Marketing Communications
We may send you marketing or product-related communications where permitted by law.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us at properlixdev@gmail.com.
Google Calendar data is not used for marketing communications, advertising, retargeting, or personalized advertising.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal obligations, or data practices.
If we make material changes to how we access, use, store, or share Google user data, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, notify users or request consent before using Google user data in a new way.
The revised version will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date.
